What it is

Harbor Forge is the platform new Harbor Media projects come from. Instead of copying the last project, a new one is composed from versioned blocks, and records exactly which versions it uses.

How it's built

Blocks cover sign-in, the Node.js server, PostgreSQL and migrations, logging, health and version endpoints, deploys with rollback, and CI with secret scanning. Its own test gates include running the real server setup on the same operating system our servers use.

Where it stands

In use for new projects. Every block is still marked beta; a block is only promoted to stable once it has survived real use.
