Do you work with businesses outside Gig Harbor?

What does a project cost?

We don't quote before we understand the problem. The first consultation is 45 minutes and free; after it you get a written scope and a fixed price. Because we build from blocks we already own, you're not paying us to write the common parts again.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. Harbor Media builds the software and then keeps it running — hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and fixes — on a support plan agreed with the build. Your data and your Apple and Google accounts stay in your business's name.

Do you take on small jobs?

If a website is all you need, we'll build it. If something off the shelf would do it for a fraction of the cost, we'll tell you that instead.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Support agreements name a response time in writing. Projects without one get a defined warranty window instead. Either way it's agreed before launch, not negotiated after it.
